Bradenton
The Bradenton area is located just north of Sarasota where the dividing line between the two counties of Sarasota and Bradenton is University Parkway.

This has been a fast growing area in the last 10 years because the county of Sarasota has little land left to develop.

Anna Maria Island

Laid-back and natural, Anna Maria Island is a barrier island in Manatee County. The island, which sits at the southern mouth of Tampa Bay, encompasses the cities of Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria and Holmes Beach.
